This is a critical time for Spirit AeroSystems employees. Major changes are happening in our country, our economy, our health care system, our industry and our company.

SPEEA is changing with the times. We’re building a better union to serve our members’ needs. We have a new executive director, we are using new methods to survey, to service members and to communicate with members and non-members and we’re gearing up for negotiations later this year.
